Tyler Grizzle is a Founding Partner at GSP Insurance Group, where he leads the agency’s Employee Benefits division and oversees overall operations. Based in Bluffton, South Carolina, Tyler plays a key role in shaping the firm’s growth, client experience, and long-term vision.
With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Tyler specializes in Employee Benefits, helping businesses design health and ancillary programs that attract talent and protect their teams. His favorite part of the job? Finding creative, outside-the-box solutions that truly fit each client’s needs — not just cookie-cutter plans.
Tyler believes that great insurance is built on education, trust, and clarity, not pressure. He and the GSP team take pride in simplifying complex topics and empowering clients to make confident decisions. It’s a hands-on, consultative approach that reflects the company’s philosophy of being “A Partner for Your Journey.”
Before co-founding GSP Insurance Group, Tyler served as a Voluntary Benefits Specialist and Special Projects Coordinator with Aflac, a Benefits Consultant with Kinghorn Insurance of Beaufort, and later held a leadership role with one of the top 15 largest independent insurance agencies in the country.
At GSP, he combines his benefits expertise with a deep focus on agency operations and growth, ensuring every system, process, and relationship reflects the firm’s Core Values — putting people first, doing what’s right, and keeping things approachable and real.
A graduate of Professional Golfers Career College, Tyler earned an associate degree in Professional Golf Management before attending the University of West Georgia. Originally from Lithia Springs, Georgia, he lived in Atlanta from 2019 through early 2025, before returning full-time to Bluffton to lead GSP’s headquarters.
Outside the office, Tyler enjoys golf, barbecue, bourbon, and the occasional pickleball match. He loves cooking for friends and family, spending time outdoors, and attending Lowcountry Community Church with his fiancée.
